An unfortunate name

I spotted an article today on the BBC website regarding the resignation of South African president Thabo Mbeki. The thing that caught my attention was the name of his spokesman.............. Mr. Ratshitanga. Roughly translated rat shit anga (anger) is enfado de mierda de rata. How they are supposed to pronounce it I don't know but I bet they don't say rat-shit-anga here, just like on Spanish TV they don't call Kaka caca.
